La Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè piazza tre corridori nelle prime sei posizioni. Ancora podio per Zanoncello, 5° Gabburo e 6° Conforti.
Una seconda tappa simile come svolgimento alla prima. Ripreso l’unico fuggitivo di giornata, le squadre si sono preparate per la volata organizzando i treni. Il finale è stato insidioso considerando le due semicurve conclusive. Bravi a destreggiarsi gli atleti della Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè che le hanno affrontate nelle prime posizioni, correndo compatti. Zanoncello, partito al momento giusto, non riesce ad affondare il colpo ma ottiene un importante terzo posto, il decimo podio per lui in questa stagione, a dimostrazione del fatto che è sempre lì a giocarsi la vittoria. I compagni di squadra Davide Gabburo e Lorenzo Conforti si sono piazzati rispettivamente al 5° e 6° posto. La vittoria a Gleb Syritza.
Le parole di Zanoncello:”Sono molto felice per come è andata la tappa. I miei compagni hanno fatto un grande lavoro. Gabburo mi ha aiutato molto e sapevamo che nel finale avremmo dovuto correre nelle prime posizioni per non farci tagliare fuori in volata. È stato un finale molto tecnico e ho cercato di anticipare leggermente lo sprint. Mi accontento del podio e proveremo a giocarcela nei prossimi giorni”.
Zanoncello, inoltre, è 6° nella generale e 3° nella graduatoria dei punti. La Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè guida anche la classifica a squadre in virtù dei numerosi piazzamenti ottenuti in queste prime due tappe.

GREEN PROJECT BARDIANI-CSF FAIZANÈ: MALAYSIA. SECOND STAGE. 3RD ENRICO ZANONCELLO. 10TH PODIUM FINISH OF THE SEASON FOR HIM.
Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè places three riders in the first six positions: 3rd place for Zanoncello, 5th for Gabburo, and 6th for Conforti.
A second stage similar in unfolding to the first. Having caught the only fugitive of the day, the teams prepared for the sprint by organizing the trains. The finale was tricky considering the two concluding semi-curves. Good juggling by the Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè athletes who tackled them in the first positions.
Zanoncello, who started at the right time, could not sink the blow but got an important third place, the tenth podium for him this season, proving that he is always there to play for victory. Teammates Davide Gabburo and Lorenzo Conforti placed 5th and 6th, respectively. Victory to Gleb Syritza.
Zanoncello’s words, “I am very happy with how the stage went. My teammates did a great job. Gabburo helped me a lot and we knew that in the final we would have to race in the leading positions.It was a very technical finish and I tried to anticipate the sprint slightly. I am happy with the podium and we will try to play it out in the coming days.”
Zanoncello is also 6th in the GC and third in the points classification. Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè also leads the team classification.
